PitStop Automate is a task-based production automation tool allowing design studios, ad agencies, printers and publishers to increase productivity and output consistency by introducing automation at an affordable price. Imposition is the latest third-party component in a list of mainstream solutions - including virtual and certified proofing, as well as color optimization and print standard certification - that will be integrated with Enfocus PitStop Automate. The first yield of the partnership will be integration of Ultimate’s latest version of Impostrip OnDemand Digital, launched at Ipex 2006, with Enfocus’ PitStop Automate solution ultimately taking automation one step further by moving imposition higher upstream in the workflow. Enfocus is rapidly expanding its Technology Partner Program introduced at IPEX 2006 by signing a letter of intent with Ultimate, a leading developer of imposition software.
